As soon as you have contacted us either by telephone or email, one of the team will contact you with information on how to hire the gaming van.
If your time and date and is available, a provisional booking is recorded by us for the duration of 48 hours. Within that time, we will need to confirm that you would like to book a party and would then require a deposit to confirm. Please bear this in mind as we are currently very busy and being contacted daily by many.
Depending on where the venue is, a small mileage charge may be added to the price to cover costs. (see Pricing / T&C's)
Once we have received the deposit, party invitations can be sent to you for you to use. The remaining balance must be received by us 7 days before the party. We will contact you one week prior to the event to confirm details of party/event and ask what games you want to play.
On the day, we will arrive early to set up, ready to start on time.
All we require from yourselves is:
Enough space to park either upon your drive or outside your house. ( 2 car lengths)
An electrical socket for us to plug into. Do not worry if this is not possible as we can provide a generator for the duration of the party at a small charge.
Over the past months, some customers have asked if they can stagger the 120 minutes gaming time into 2 slots of one hour. We are more than happy to accommodate this as long as the bookings we have already taken are not affected.
